Vivian G. Cerione
December 1, 1954 ~ October 29, 2020 (age 65) 65 Years Old
Vivian G. Cerione, age 65, died peacefully on Wednesday, October 29, 2020 at her home in Miami. Born on December 1, 1954 in Havana, Cuba to Arnaldo and Ramona Lopez, she immigrated to the United States in 1959 with her family and spent the majority of her life in Miami Florida with her siblings Milagros, Griselda and Andres. She was married in 1974 to Jay Cerione and gave birth to Joseph (1975), Christopher (1977), David (1980) and Nicholas (1981). She had her hands full raising four boys close in age. As the Registrar at Palmer Trinity School for more than 30 years, she impacted the lives of thousands of students and faculty. Her grandchildren, Bella, Dylan (deceased), Julia, Richie, Chloe, Camilla, Christopher, Lilian, and Luca became her purpose in life. Her loving legacy lives on through her grandchildren who adored their “Mima.” Her unwavering faith in God led her spirituality, blessing the lives of her friends and family. She believed “each of us should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” (1 Peter 4:10) She lived her life using her gifts in faith and selflessly putting others first. Her family and friends know she is now with God. A Memorial Gathering will take place Wednesday November 4th, from 2:30 – 3:30 virtually at Calvary Chapel Miami Beach.
