Born in Brooklyn, New York to Samuel Weinstein and Pearl (Friedman) Weinstein, she moved to Florida in the 1950s.
She is survived by her brother, Howard Warren, her son, Michael A. Volk and her daughter, Carol L. Volk.
Vida had a fabulous career as the interior designer for Lennar Corp for 20+ years. Afterwards, she opened her interior design shop, The Eclectic Eye in Boca Raton, Florida for several years before retiring to Aventura, Florida.
She lived at the Hamptons since 1999. She was part of the decorating committee and the person responsible for choosing the movies for the Hamptons Theater.
She will be greatly missed by all her family, friends and those whose lives she touched.
