Stephen Musolino was born in Reggio Calabria, Italy. He married his wife Anne in 1957 and sailed to New York where he became a proud American citizen. They were married for 60 years until she passed just 9 weeks before his death.
He was a loving husband and father of 5. His passions were mostly his business and golfing.
He is survived by 4 of his children, 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
In 1974 he moved his family to Miami to start a business of his own. He soon became a pioneer in the Italian ceramic tile industry.
His products took so well to the market that at one point he had 9 offices through the US, Canada and Puerto Rico shipping tile directly to distributors from Italy and other countries.
He is loved and well respected by many people still in the industry today, many of whom he helped get them started.
He started a retail store Casa Linda Tile & Marble, still operating in the same location for over 30 years. Now owned and managed by his son Stephen Jr.
He passed away peacefully on July 14, 2017 with his children by his side.
He will be greatly miss by his family, friend, colleagues, all of whom had greatly benefited from knowing and loving him.
