Robert M. Butcher

Dear friends and family, it is with a heavy heart that we announce Robert “Marty's” passing on August 31, 2021 due to natural causes. He is survived by his wife, Terry, daughter, Meagan and his brothers and sisters, Randy, Mike (Terry), Tony (Tina), Carl, Raquel, Tim and Allen.
If you knew Marty, you would know he was a high-energy, unique individual who enjoyed (and photographed) every moment. Not only was he a seasoned Licensed Clinal Social Worker who helped everyone he met, he put his heart into everything he did. His favorite activities included riding his motorcycle, taking his boat out fishing, the occasional cigar and shot of fireball, and planting flowers around his North Carolina cabin. He was dedicated to spending quality time with his family and friends.
He was so full of life and above all was always a devoted husband, father and brother.

A Memorial Gathering will take place on Monday, 9/13 at Stanfill Funeral Home from 3-6pm.
