widower for 21 years after his wife of 47 years to Shirley Ann (Welsch) Frank, now are reunited again. Peter leaves behind three adult children: Michael John Frank and wife Judy of Canada, Timothy Paul Frank of Naples, and Suzanne Marie Berrane and husband Charlie of Miami. Peter had seven Grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was owner and operator of Exchange Photo Offset Printing Company in NYC and then in Miami Florida. The celebration of his life and his departure to a new adventure will be held at Stanfill Funeral Home at 10545 S. Dixie Hwy Miami, FL January 11, 2020 at 3:00 -5:00PM.
