MAMERT, Maria-Antonietta (Mortalo)
It is with great sadness that the family of Maria-Antonietta (Mortal) Mamert, also known as Toni, announce her sudden passing on November 10, 2018 at her home in Miami.
Toni was born in Rome, Italy on December 12, 1948, daughter of Eleonora (Abbondanza) Mortalo and Pietro Mortalo.
Toni dedicated over 33 years of her life working as a Flight Attendant for several airlines such as National, Pan Am and Delta. Her love of God and her willingness to help others led her to be very involved at Saint Louis Catholic Church and with Nueva Vida Ministry.
Toni is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, Jean Mamert; her son Marc Mamert, her brother Vito and his wife Barbara Mortalo, her mother-in-law Madeleine Mamert, her brother-in-law Jacques Mamert, her nieces and nephews Maureen, Pietro, Maria, Michael, Vito, Eleonora, Celia; 12 great-nieces and nephews and many family members in Italy.
A visitation will be held on Friday November 16, 2018 from 5pm to 7pm and a Mass on Saturday November 17, 2018 at 11am, both at Saint Louis Catholic Church at 7270 S.W. 120 St.
In lieu of flower, donations may be made to the Saint Louis Catholic Church.
