Remembrance:
We give thanks that Laura Cepeda (known lovingly as Matata) is part of our lives. Her vibrant personality, sense of humor, strength and determination enhanced each of our lives. Laura had the uncanny ability to quickly and accurately size people up. She was always generous; she kept a calendar of birthdays and anniversaries and celebrated her family and friends. She was gifted with boundless optimism. Laura was quick to laugh, and her laughter was contagious. She appreciated and increased the joy of life in others and shared that gift during her 20 years as a healthcare volunteer. She is loved and cherished.
We will certainly miss Mom.
