Judith Jean King
August 8, 1947 – January 9, 2017
Judith was born in Gibbon, MN to parents, Lorenzo and Vera King. At age seven, Judith and her family moved to Miami.
Judith graduated from Palmetto High School and started her working career at the Burger King corporate office. She worked there for over 25 years. Judith has lived in Pinecrest for many years.
Judith was roundly admired for her years of work as a foster parent for several newborn babies with issues.
Judith loved her church and actively participated in bible study groups, Love and Action and Knit-Wits, always trying to help others and make the world a better place.
Judith is survived by sister, Patti Russell and her husband, Brian Russell of Tampa, FL, her brother, Patrick King and his wife, Janice King of Sugar Land, TX plus niece and nephews, Tom Russell and his family of Tampa, FL, Joe Russell and family of Jacksonville, FL, Julie King and her family of Austin, TX and Larry King and his family of Richmond, TX.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christ the King Lutheran Church in Pinecrest, FL.
