Joseph Eugene Lombardo

Joseph E. Lombardo II of Miami, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Tuesday January 18, 2022 at the age of 72. He was the proud father of three and devoted husband to Sharon Lombardo for 44 years of marriage. "Joe" was born in 1949 in Miami, Florida. He was the only child of Joseph E. Lombardo and Julia (Kilbane) Lombardo. He was a graduate of Miami Edison High School and received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University. Joe would further his education with a Master of Science in Health Care Management from Florida International University. Joe enjoyed nothing more than developing relationships, both professional and socially. As a pillar in Finance and Healthcare, some of his best friends came from his work. Joe also enjoyed his social communities from the University Club to Riviera Country Club – where he was often found with “the boys.” Philanthropically, Joe was a member of the Giving Society at Baptist Health Foundation. Joseph Lombardo is survived by his wife Sharon and his children Joseph (Christine), Michael, and Lauren. He is also survived by his granddaughter Palmer. A memorial service will be held from 6 to 8pm at Stanfill Funeral Home, located at 10545 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, FL 33156.
