Concepcion De La Viesca

Concepcion, 90, graciously found peace on May 14, 2021 surrounded by loving family. She is survived by her daughter Margarita and her husband David, son Joe and his partner Somay;  grandchildren Johnny, Danny, Joey and Christopher; sister Victoria; and numerous nieces and nephews. Concepcion was predeceased by her loving husband of 34 years, Jose.  Born in Havana, Cuba, Concepcion was a loving Mother, Wife, Sister, Daughter, and Aunt. She began her career at El Diario de la Marina and was a founder of JAV Auto Tag Agency finding joy and purpose working until very recently, preparing culinary favorites to the family's delight, and enjoying the ritual of family holiday gatherings. She unconditionally loved her children, grandchildren and those close to her offering snippets of wisdom along the way. She would speak volumes with a twinkle in her eye or the wag of a finger.  She was dearly loved, will be sorely missed, and will have a place in our hearts forever.  A memorial mass will be held Tuesday May 18th at 11:00 am at Church of the Ephiphany located at 8235 SW 57th Avenue, Miami 33143, followed by a burial service at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery at 1:30 pm, 11411 NW 25th Street, Doral 33172.
