Christopher James Goodrich

Christopher James Goodrich of Miami, Florida was born on May 9, 1990, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. Beloved son of Jim and Terry Goodrich, and beloved brother of Kyle Goodrich. After graduating Cum Laude from Florida International University, Chris became an employee of Baptist Health Systems of South Florida, making his mark there moving up the ladder, he made many friends and was beloved by his co-workers.

Chris and his brother, Kyle have always shared a very unique bond, even though they are seven years apart in age they did everything together, they are brothers and best friends.

Chris loved to spend time with Kyle and friends watching movies, hanging out in the pool, lots of time laughing and joking. He was always planning the next trip and included his brother and friends on every outing. Chris’ life revolved around his family, he never missed a family function, birthday or holiday.

Chris excelled at everything he did and held himself to a very high standard no matter what it was – school, his career, weight lifting and so much more. Chris loved history, politics and reading and he could talk to you for hours, and often did, on any subject. He had a gift for conversation and anyone who knew him gained some knowledge with every interaction.

Chris is loved by his large extended Goodrich and Webb Family: grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers, he will be deeply missed by all.

There will be a visitation held on Tuesday, January 11th, from 4-6 pm at Stanfill Funeral Home.
