Gostel, Alida

Passed away in the early morning of Tuesday, April 18, 2017. Alida was born  September 2, 1954 in Amityville, NY and came to Miami, FL as a young child with her family, the Brides. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Mark, after meeting on April Fools in 1977. She was also a mother of two sons, Michael and Matthew, mother-in-law to Beatriz, and grandmother of Nathan and Isabella.
She also had two brothers and sister-in-laws, Robert (Wife Gerri) and Alan (Wife Mary).
Alida was an avid dog lover and enjoyed sporting events with her family.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to an animal shelter of your choice. A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at Stanfill Funeral Home, located at 10545 South Dixie Highway, from 6-9PM. A mass will be held on Monday, April 24, 2017, at St. Richard Catholic Church, located at 7500 SW 152 St, at 11AM.
