Dear Peg and family, Mary Anne and I are deeply saddened hearing of Bill's passing. We send our deepest sympathy to you and your family. I remember meeting Bill for the first time in1976 at the ACA convention. He had a young boy attached to his leg. I valued our friendship and he will be missed. You and Bill are in our prayers.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Bill. I knew Bill for the better part of 31 years as a staff member of ACA. Bill was instrumental in my career and personal development. He was a a "Pro's Pro" in the collection industry. One of the brightest minds I have met and was always willing to share his knowledge and expertise to make the industry better. I always enjoyed is wry sense of humor. He was always so appreciative of the staff and always went out of his way to recognize them.
What a great guy and a true "Pillar" of ACA and the entire industry.
He will be missed.
